Job Description
As an Off Site / On Site Patient Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data into our electronic health records system. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Key responsibilities include entering patient information accurately and timely into the electronic health records system, verifying the accuracy of patient information and resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines. The position may work in a traditional office setting or remotely from their own home office. The work schedule may vary depending on business needs, and some evening or weekend work may be required.
