Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets

About the Role:

• Lead product manager to own what we build next for banks, regulators, and regulated financial institutions adopting digital assets.
• Gather client needs, turn them into a prioritized roadmap, and present products to clients and regulators in North America and abroad.

What You'll Do:

• Run discovery with clients and prospects and set the agenda for solutions consultants in the field.
• Build a discovery channel with compliance, risk, and operations practitioners for structured interviews.
• Convert findings into prioritized product decisions and defend rankings to leadership.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, or compliance software.
• Domain experience in financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, or blockchain intelligence.
• Native English with professional presentation skills to senior compliance and regulatory audiences.
