As Senior Product Manager, you'll balance hands-on product ownership with managing three PMs.
Your specific product area will depend on your experience and where you can have the greatest impact.

What You'll Do:

Develop Product Managers: set expectations, give feedback, and help them grow while maintaining ownership.
Develop Product Strategy: turn customer needs and market opportunities into clear priorities and tradeoffs.
Understand Customers: engage with exchanges, institutions, and crypto companies to build deep intuition.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of PM experience, including 2+ years managing PMs.
Strong product builder with experience owning products from discovery to launch, and familiarity with APIs and data models.
Experience improving product operating processes and building for sophisticated users.
