Responsibilities:
- Own the 3P payout and collections product end-to-end.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for FP and banking integrations.
- Design user journeys and frontend experience for payout and collections flows.
Financial Partner Strategy:
- Evaluate FPs across pricing, rail coverage, and onboarding complexity.
- Lead integration process with new FPs from scoping to go-live.
- Stay current on the payments infrastructure market.
Collaboration:
- Work daily with co-founders, Customer Operations, and Engineering.
- Align with Financial Partnerships and feed product requirements into prioritization.
- Surface client feedback to inform the roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of product experience in cross-border payments.
- Must have shipped both outbound payouts and inbound collections.
- Payments-native with deep knowledge of flow of funds and licensing constraints.
