About the Role:
- You will be working in the Communications group, which is at the heart of how practices communicate with patients and staff inside Jane.
- Messaging is foundational to Jane, and this role sits at the intersection of immediate customer impact, technical depth, and future opportunity.
What Impact We’re Looking For You to Make:
- Connect engineering decisions to real customer and business outcomes, ensuring the work meaningfully improves how practices communicate.
- Communicate clearly and lead by example at a staff level, showing ownership, sound architectural reasoning, and a willingness to navigate tradeoffs in the open.
What Experience We Need:
- Strong experience building production Ruby applications in a commercial environment.
- Experience designing, building, and operating web applications at scale, serving tens of thousands of customers or more.
