Job Description
Assist their clients in implementing, setting up, and managing their Zscaler solution during the duration of the project. You will be responsible for collaborating with the larger Zscaler Professional Services team to ensure the continued success of team members, Zscaler, and customers. Integrating with Customer's cyber security/network security team(s) to help integrate Zscaler solutions into the customer's environment by providing configuration guidance, recommendations, best practices. Assisting customers with testing and troubleshooting, escalating to Zscaler Support, Engineering, and Cloud Operations when needed. Providing regular status reports for critical incidents, projects, and proactive services to both the Customer and Zscaler teams. Responding to unplanned events, including after hours for Severity 1 issues.
