Job Description

The Purchasing Specialist ensures the timely processing of customer orders, meeting service-level agreement standards. They issue accurate purchase orders to vendors and track all product-related line items (hardware, software, maintenance, etc.) for proof of delivery, following up with vendors for all unfulfilled items. This role reconciles vendor invoicing discrepancies, works closely with different sales groups to ensure that all transactional contracts are complete, accurate, and meet all internal booking requirements, and communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external partners. Other duties as assigned.
