• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Determine training requirements across the organization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and organize content.

Content Design and Development:

• Design innovative and interactive digital learning solutions.
• Develop instructional materials, including storyboards and scripts.
• Create in-person and virtual instructor-led training.

Learning Transfer and Support:

• Support learning transfer using UI/UX best practices.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Monitor the frequency of use and satisfaction levels of learning content.
