Needs Assessment:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Determine training requirements across the organization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and organize content.
Content Design and Development:
- Design innovative and interactive digital learning solutions.
- Develop instructional materials, including storyboards and scripts.
- Create in-person and virtual instructor-led training.
Learning Transfer and Support:
- Support learning transfer using UI/UX best practices.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Monitor the frequency of use and satisfaction levels of learning content.
