Job Description
Data Foundation:
- Own the US data model from end-to-end, identifying gaps.
- Build the roadmap to fill gaps in collaboration with the Lead Data Scientist.
- Leverage Monzo's global data infrastructure.
Critical Decisions:
- Be the expert voice on when to leverage global models.
- Decide when to build new, US-specific solutions.
- Bridge the Atlantic by working with the global AE team.
Building the US Stack:
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data models.
- Power our US-specific products and analytics.
- Act as the technical owner for dbt and data modeling.
