Mixbook's Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help rebuild and scale their analytics foundation. You’ll focus on modeling clean, reliable data in dbt, transforming it into Looker dashboards the business can trust, and defining core metrics used across teams. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on technical execution with a strategic mindset.

As a Senior data analyst, you will play an integral role in financial, clinical, or eCommerce reporting. You will touch all aspects of the business in order to provide clear and solid reports that create a single source of truth, as well as surface actionable insights for business improvement. As a fast-growing company, we are ingesting and generating ever-increasing amounts of data.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Operations, and Development teams, generating actionable insights that drive product strategy and optimize performance within Deel's Independent Contractor (IC) vertical.
