Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal software engineering teams on cloud infrastructure and platform-related issues.
- Troubleshoot deployment, networking, infrastructure, and CI/CD challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Terraform.
- Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes, ECS, Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins or GitHub.
- Experience with observability platforms.
