Project Manager Lead US Operations

About the Role:

• The Project Manager Lead serves as the primary liaison between clients and production teams, ensuring packaging artwork projects move smoothly from requirements to final delivery.
• This remote role manages multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, approvals, revisions, quality standards, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client artwork files within artwork management and digital asset management systems, ensuring assets are accurate and organized.
• Act as the primary point of contact, communicating requirements, timelines, feedback, and changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate approvals and revisions, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, packaging, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of artwork production processes and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, workflow systems, CRM platforms, and attention to detail.
