File Integration Analyst

This position is responsible for all aspects of an employer’s file integration experience at HSA Bank, including testing of enrollment, funding, claims, and single sign-on (SSO) connections. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in file specifications and integration protocols, become a subject matter expert in internal processes, and effectively communicate complex technical topics to external stakeholders including clients and vendors. Leads testing and validation of enrollment, funding, claims, and single sign-on (SSO) files for employer integrations. Translates complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients and vendors. Collaborates with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, escalating as needed. Ensures timely and accurate execution of integration deliverables across assigned implementations.
