The Senior Technical Consultant for Technology Workflows is technically responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of ServiceNow’s Strategic & Application Portfolio Management solutions, delivering best-practice-based solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.

The Application Engineer is responsible for the configuration, customization, and technical support of IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) solutions for AbsoluteFS customers, focusing on hands-on technical development, data work, integrations, and issue resolution throughout the implementation and post-deployment lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and Java, along with experience working in or supporting IWMS platforms.

The Technical Support Engineer will manage and resolve challenging issues for ServiceNow partners and customers. This includes developing subject matter expertise within the customer support department and collaborating with other team members in the various technologies. The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the ServiceNow platform. This is a customer-facing role in a collaborative environment.

Responsible for implementation and enhancement of the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Gather and Document technical requirements and design. Act as subject matter expert for client discussions. Hands-on experience with designing, architecting & building IGA solutions involving Saviynt technologies is required.

This role involves developing and maintaining HL7 and FHIR interfaces with customers' systems, leading standardization efforts, providing technical expertise, and troubleshooting implementations to ensure reliability and compatibility; collaborate with developers and engineers to improve integration methods and assist in mentoring teammates in HL7 and FHIR.
