Integrations
Role:
- Serve as the technical expert, focusing on configuration over customization.
- Support process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery.
- Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) with multiple systems.
- Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on technology.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years configuring/developing ServiceNow.
- 5+ years of configuration/development experience for Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions.
