Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications including modules, workflows, business rules.
Implement and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and maintain secure data boundaries.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and configurations.

Requirements:

5 years’ experience with ServiceNow platform administration, development, and customer integrations.
3 years’ of experience integrating ServiceNow with third party systems such as NetSuite, Active Directory, and Azure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical requirements.
