Job Description:
- Assist with an implementation of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide technical insight in designing and supporting ServiceNow.
- Align to service management best practices.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create script to automate routine tasks.
- Communicate ServiceNow process, operations and capability information.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience supporting the development, implementation, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow tool.
- Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as ServiceNow Scripting.
