Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers, serving as the primary technical authority from discovery through go-live and beyond.
Architect and configure complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, industry best practices, and Tenon product standards.
Conduct detailed discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or technical delivery roles, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
4+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration work.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including knowledge of core modules, scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
