What You Will Work On:
- Serve as a strategic business partner across three entities, driving financial insights and consistent reporting.
- Contribute to pricing, customer health, and key performance metrics analysis.
- Partner with Technology and Accounting teams to track project lifecycles and ensure accurate financial data.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and Google Business Apps, plus a forward-thinking mindset for AI/automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master's degree is highly preferred.
What You Can Expect:
- Base salary range of $95,300 - $116,700 annually, plus profit-sharing bonus and communication stipends.
