Role Overview:
- This high-impact product leadership role focuses on shaping and modernizing a custom Order Management System supporting both B2C and B2B commerce.
- You will own the OMS roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and quarterly delivery across distributed Agile PODs, reverse-engineering existing platforms to define scalable future-state capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve the OMS product backlog, roadmap, feature prioritization, and quarterly product goals.
- Define and deliver core OMS capabilities spanning order capture, order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, returns, and complete order lifecycle management.
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams on API-first, microservices-based product development.
