Financial Risk Manager

Fuel is building Fuel O2, a best-in-class Order Book platform, as one of the cornerstone applications to showcase the power of the Fuel VM and to provide a great experience to traders. The Risk Analyst will help to design and execute risk management strategies that enable Fuel O2 to efficiently provide trading liquidity while minimising downside risks to Fuel O2 and its liquidity providers. As the Financial Risk Manager, you will lead the design of financial risk management practices for multiple crypto-based products and markets and model risk to the organisation, presenting clear plans for how to manage and mitigate those risks. You will also consult with leadership on key business risks associated with markets being run on Fuel O2 and work with engineering to develop risk monitoring and mitigation tools that run in production environments. You will act as an adversarial trader trying to exploit risk management controls for personal gain.
