- Lead the Billing System Migration.
- Oversee the cleanup and migration of historical customer data.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Process Engineering:
- Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated triggers.
- Design a robust SOP from the ground up.
- Establish internal controls for the new billing cycle.
Operational Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 A/R professionals.
- Analyze aging reports to identify trends and prioritize collection efforts.
- Partner with junior team members to ensure that the general cash application is recorded accurately and timely.
