Occupational Therapist

Assess and Support Patients:

• Assist patients with overcoming physical, cognitive, and emotional barriers to maximize their independence in daily activities.
• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to evaluate the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities of clients.

Collaborative Care Plans:

• Develop individualized care plans with direct input from clients and their families.
• Provide input and direction on the frequency and duration of needed OT interventions to meet client goals.

Adaptive Equipment & Safety:

• Assess and train clients and families on the use of adaptive/assistive equipment.
• Assess safety equipment, mobility aids, and environmental modifications.
