Assist patients with overcoming physical, cognitive, and emotional barriers to maximize their independence in daily activities. Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' abilities. Develop individualized care plans with input from clients and families and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Assess and train clients and families on the use of adaptive equipment and safety modifications.

Provide remote direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish, implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, and collaborate with the Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met. Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, as well as conduct remote functional behavioral and risk assessments.

Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients, lead caregiver coaching and support, and conduct remote assessments and behavior plans. You will ensure quality care through ongoing documentation and coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team. This role requires commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

Make a meaningful difference in students' communication skills and overall growth. Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and provide direct therapy. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' goals. This role involves incorporating evidence-based techniques, monitoring progress, and documenting accurately.
