Seeking part-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our Provider Network. This is a 100% remote opportunity based out of our Katy, TX location , requiring a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week. Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients & conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services. Maintain a caseload of kids, adults, and the geriatric population.
Assess and support patients with overcoming physical, cognitive, and emotional barriers to maximize their independence in daily activities. Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to evaluate the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities of clients. Develop individualized care plans with direct input from clients and their families. Work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals.
