- Analyze performance reporting and use data-driven insights to guide optimization recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Budget Oversight and Team Leadership:
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance and efficient spend, and monitor monthly budget reconciliation.
- Mentor associates and team members, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital IO campaign management.
