Junior Project Operations Manager

In this key role, you’ll partner with the Program Management Lead to streamline operations, standardise workflows, and ensure high-quality communication across the PMO and the organisation. You’ll play a central role in how we share progress, priorities, and strategic insights, delivering visuals and messaging that are clear, compelling, and boardroom-ready. You will also be responsible for driving the creation and continuous improvement of high-impact presentations and visual reporting for internal communications, senior leadership updates, and executive board briefings, translating complex program data into compelling formats that enhance decision-making, alignment, and visibility across KPIs, risks, and strategic progress.
