You own the full European DTC/Shopify growth engine with direct accountability for profitable revenue growth.
You manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities:

You develop creative growth strategies, build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers.
You run a structured experimentation program across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
You collaborate with operations, creative production, email/SMS, and wholesale while owning the growth P&L.

Requirements:

You bring 3+ years of hands-on DTC growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce experience.
You have proven experience managing paid media budgets and building full acquisition journeys.
You have strong analytical skills with deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and AOV.
