Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

• You will own and scale the paid digital acquisition engine across major channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
• You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product to drive measurable growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns while managing budget allocation and performance metrics.
• Own the Account-Based Marketing strategy and collaborate with agencies, cloud partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution to continuously improve efficiency.
