Expert Technical Program Manager

The Expert Technical Program Manager will focus primarily on the Veradigm EHR product, responsible for developing program strategy in alignment with the program's long-term vision with little oversight. Product goals include exceeding client and market expectations for user experience, quality, usability, reliability, security, scalability, ease-of-use, installation, and responsiveness. The Expert Technical Program Manager will drive product enhancements and coordinate feature updates in an Agile software development environment with the leadership team. This role is responsible for TPM engagement on maintenance activities, bug fixes, security patches, and product updates. The Expert Technical Program Manager also works across teams to shape the product's technical feature set and usability while ensuring the highest quality products are delivered on time, on budget, and with superior performance and support. The role includes frequent status updates and impact assessments to the leadership team. The role requires representing stakeholders, evangelizing the Veradigm EHR product, and assuring market adoption by coordinating activities and championing the product. Also, the role tracks and analyzes product usage metrics and performance indicators to report on progress toward key metrics and goals. Mentoring other Program Managers is part of the job description.
