About the Role:
- Remote position with no travel
- Choose your own hours (min. 24/week)
- Just assessments, no meds, no Rx, no clinic
What You'll Do:
- Review of medical history and risk factors
- Document using ICD-10 and CPT II codes
- Coordinate follow-up if red flags show
Who You Are:
- Must have active Missouri Nurse Practitioner license
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
