Associate Data Analyst

Modern Health is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join their Analytics team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Analytics. In this role, you will partner with Go To Market teams, specifically Client Success and Partnerships, to understand the data needs of clients and consultants, creating custom reporting using Snowflake and Looker. You will identify trends in client requests and suggest improvements to the pre-built reporting platform. The role involves turning granular data into digestible visualizations and actionable insights, enabling clients and consultants to understand how their members are using Modern Health. Responsibilities include consolidating existing and custom reporting, ensuring consistency across reports, conducting data analyses using SQL and Looker, and simplifying data to visualize the member journey and value of investment in Modern Health. Key skills include proficiency in SQL, data analysis, data visualization, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner with non-technical team members.
