Senior IT Administrator

As a Senior IT Administrator at SatoshiLabs, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and overseeing both internal and external IT infrastructure. Your daily work will include configuring laptops, setting up systems, implementing automation, monitoring performance, and responding to support tickets from your colleagues. You’ll also document systems and processes to ensure everything remains optimized, up-to-date, and secure. You will ensure the continuous operation and availability of the IT infrastructure. You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the IT systems and infrastructure. You will also provide technical support for company computers, networks, and related devices and monitor and proactively manage services to ensure performance and reliability.
