Founding Product Designer

About the Role:

• This is a founding product designer role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building AI-native software to automate operations for field service businesses.
• You will own design end-to-end, shaping complex workflows into beautiful, intuitive experiences that real businesses rely on every day.
• It is a high-impact, high-ownership position at the heart of a fast-moving team.

What You'll Do:

• Design and ship intuitive interfaces for a feature-rich B2B platform covering scheduling, customer service, sales, invoicing, and more.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma, AI-assisted tools, and code to validate ideas and move quickly from concept to production.
• Jump into the codebase alongside engineers when needed, using your technical fluency to close the gap between design and implementation.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 or more years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX work.
• Hands-on experience at an early-stage startup, ideally working on 0-to-1 products.
• Technical fluency: comfortable writing code or prototyping in AI tools such as Lovable or Cursor; familiarity with React and TypeScript is a strong plus.
