About the Role:
- We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead high-impact design work across multiple teams and product areas.
- You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to define product experience direction.
- This role requires exceptional craft, strong product judgment, and the ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on design.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating staff-level craft and systems thinking.
- Fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, and prototyping tools like Figma and Framer.
- Experience designing AI-powered, automation-heavy product experiences and cross-functional leadership.
