Senior Manager, Product Design (AI Workflows)

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design (M4) to lead a high-performing team of product designers focused on AI-powered workflows.
• This role spans our Product and Revenue product lines, the tools our customers rely on to communicate with their customers.
• You will report to the Senior Director, Product Design and manage approximately 8–12 product designers across the United States and India.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, coach and develop 8–12 product designers across US- and India-based teams.
• Lead design execution for AI-powered workflows spanning Product and Revenue lines.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and design leadership to shape roadmaps and improve outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

• 9+ years of relevant product design experience, including 3+ years managing product designers.
• Proven experience in complex B2B SaaS, platform, or workflow-heavy environments.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design judgment with the ability to raise the quality of work across a team.
