- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product designers, fostering creative risk-taking and high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional product taste and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
- Strong point of view on AI-native interfaces and how they change the relationship between people and software.
- Experience leading and developing product designers while staying close to the work.
