Job Description
You’ll be predominately hiring large volumes of candidates for Customer Operations positions across our Financial Crime, Fraud and Disputes teams. You’ll spend a lot of your time screening CVs, reviewing answers to application questions, completing video interviews with candidates and scheduling interviews. You’ll be proactive and creative at finding great talent for Monzo and you might do this by proactively sourcing on LinkedIn, driving our referral scheme, connecting and working with other companies that have announced redundancies or adapting our attraction plan.
You’ll be required to provide helpful, developmental feedback to both internal and external candidates. You’ll build lasting relationships with Hiring Managers and support with facilitating creative hiring strategies. You’ll work with Hiring Managers, Workforce Planning, Training and Onboarding to define hiring plans and agree onboarding dates.
