About the Role:
- Own and lead the development of our compliance and financial crime prevention platform
- Designing, building, and maintaining critical systems that power KYC onboarding
- Driving technical strategy, refining internal tooling and processes, mentoring Engineers
You Will:
- Architect, design, and implement robust, efficient, and reliable backend services
- Build and optimize case management and alert creation pipelines
- Develop and maintain integrations with regulatory reporting systems
An Ideal Candidate Has:
- 7 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer
- Delivering high-quality production services involving high-throughput data processing
- Proficiency in Golang is a significant advantage
