Senior Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Architect and evolve scalable backend systems using Scala, Play Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.
• Design, build, and deploy reliable APIs and AI-assisted services supporting product functionality.
• Own end-to-end feature development from user problems to production, including frontend with React, Redux, and Chakra UI.

AI-Native Engineering:

• Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to accelerate development while ensuring maintainable code.
• Develop agent-driven workflows, reusable prompts, and internal developer tools to improve productivity.
• Establish best practices for AI-native software development and effective human-AI collaboration.
