Partner with the PR & Social Team and Influencer Marketing Team to shape overall workflow for partnered and influencer content for all Automattic social channels, and set the strategy for the Automattic Influencer Program, under the Influencer Team. You will manage outreach for influencers and collaborate with relevant marketing and product teams on what we post, when we post it, and why we are posting. Use storytelling and trend insights to reach and engage multiple audiences. Design and manage campaigns that support product launches, influencer growth, and brand visibility. Discover, recruit, and maintain long-term relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and cultivate a network. Manage contracts, timelines, content calendars, approvals, and payments, also track and report on engagement, conversions, CPA, and other KPIs.
