Job Description

Partner with account executives & Customer Success to discover and qualify solutions that lead to strong return on investment for your customers. Be hands-on, high-energy, and passionate about solving problems by applying the Twingate platform. Develop custom demonstrations & content to enable our growing community of customers. Lead deep-dive technical sessions with customer technical stakeholders on Twingate product and solutions. Scope, communicate, and manage proof-of-concepts (POC) of solutions with customers. Facilitate the rollout of Twingate for your customers. Present to all levels of technical leadership with confidence and building trust with developers, enterprise architects, managers, and executives. Develop reusable tools, content, and provide product feedback - demos, product gaps, technical guides, documentation, etc.
