Job Description
Enable the implementation of a suite of energy efficiency and electrification programs through launching and monitoring emerging technology projects on State-run software platforms. Translate a variety of energy program and equipment details from nontechnical to technical audiences, and vice versa. Ensure alignment of implementation activities between internal technical teams and consulting stakeholders by gathering program and user requirements. Work with internal and partner teams to develop and document project results. Plan and monitor timelines to complete projects on time and on budget. Provide guidance and training to peers in different roles, and to junior team members completing similar technical support work.
