About the role:

  • Own the visibility layer for our Center of Excellence (CoE) network, setting the standard for network performance measurement.
  • Sit at the intersection of data, clinical, and account teams, ensuring everyone understands network health and areas needing attention.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and maintain CoE network health, tracking key performance and quality metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for jumbo employer clients and internal stakeholders using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
  • Conduct network adequacy analysis to evaluate coverage, gaps, and utilization across CoE partners.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics, with expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills with hands-on experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or similar tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical detail for executive audiences and maintain high standards for data accuracy.
