About the Product & Technology Team:
- A multidisciplinary team focused on developing high-impact conversational applications and solutions.
- Works closely with Engineering, Product Managers, and Data Analysts in a culture of evidence-based decisions and continuous experimentation.
Your Mission as Senior Staff:
- Act at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, defining long-term technical architecture.
- Govern distributed, high-scale systems and mentor other technical leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define backend technical strategy and architecture aligned with global business objectives.
- Establish and lead architecture governance processes (RFCs/ADRs) for distributed systems.
- Lead complex solutions, create POCs, and elevate the technical maturity of the organization.
