Technical Leadership:

• Drive the long-term engineering strategy and architecture for the PetDesk platform.
• Lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform the technical roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to align technical investments with business goals.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for external stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear communication.
• Identify operational efficiencies and streamline processes to improve system reliability.

Project Management:

• Oversee end-to-end technical execution of key initiatives, managing timelines and dependencies.
• Balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution to drive on-time delivery.
• Mitigate technical risks related to integrations, data quality, and platform scalability.
