Role Overview:
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable software solutions that power the patient experience.
- Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and increase test coverage.
What You'll Do:
- Drive technical decisions for complex initiatives from design through production deployment.
- Mentor software engineers and shape engineering best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience building software using Microsoft .NET/C#, Java, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.
- Understanding of software quality, observability, scalability, and operational excellence.
