About the job:
- The Compliance Experiences team owns Phone Numbers and Compliance (KYC) at the heart of the Twilio platform.
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive feature design, execution, and operational health of platform services.
- You will build scalable, high-performance solutions and embrace AI-driven development workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to technical design and roadmap, authoring specs and driving execution.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to automate boilerplate and generate comprehensive test suites.
- Mentor and uplift junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment through code reviews.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience designing highly available, high-scale cloud-native distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Go, with solid knowledge of AWS ecosystems.
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
