About the Job:

Build and scale APIs for Twilio Segment CDP to enable personalized customer experiences.
Collaborate with product management, architecture, and engineering teams to design APIs and data models.
Drive system-level improvements and evaluate trade-offs between feature velocity and stability.

Responsibilities:

Design and build robust, scalable backend systems and APIs across Segment’s data platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and other engineers to define solutions.
Troubleshoot and improve system reliability, participating in an on-call rotation for managed services.
