Software Engineer, Rapid Response Assignment - (UK)

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Software Engineer who combines strong engineering skills with a deep commitment to customer outcomes.
• You'll diagnose and fix complex problems across our platform and deliver improvements that directly address customer needs.
• This is a 100% remote role, primarily for candidates based in Cheltenham, UK.

What You'll Do:

• Resolve customer-reported issues quickly and thoroughly, from investigation through to a durable fix.
• Diagnose complex, ambiguous problems across our services and data pipelines.
• Maintain and improve backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems as a software engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong diagnostic and debugging skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.
