Software Engineer, Rapid Response Assignment

About the Role:

• You'll make sure customers stay unblocked and issues are resolved quickly, accurately, and for good.
• Diagnose and fix complex problems across the platform, delivering improvements that directly address customer needs.

What You'll Do:

• Resolve customer-reported issues from investigation through durable fix.
• Diagnose complex problems across services and data pipelines, tracing to root cause.
• Maintain and improve backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence.
